What Ilera is

Ilera generates region-aware meal plans, shopping lists, workouts and weight tracking from the details you provide. Nutrition figures and prices are estimates for general guidance. Ilera is not a medical, nutrition or healthcare service — see our Health Disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Ilera. By using it you confirm that you are.

Your account

• •You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• •Provide accurate information — your plan is only as good as what you enter.
• •Tell us promptly at support@ilera-ng.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Ilera Plus — subscriptions & billing

• •Plus is a paid subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• •Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• •You can cancel anytime from Account → your plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• •Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you think you were charged in error, contact support@ilera-ng.com.
• •A free tier is available and does not require payment.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, scrape or overload it, no reselling or copying the content, and no using it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content & intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us permission to process it to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that plans, macros or prices are accurate, complete, or suitable for you, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from following a plan. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is permitted to be capped, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
